Kushtet e Përdorimit
Mirësevini në MicroChat 3.0. Duke përdorur shërbimet tona (përfshirë AI Chat, SmartLearn dhe Shared View), ju pranoni kushtet e mëposhtme:
Përdorimi i Shërbimit (SmartLearn & AI)
MicroChat është krijuar për qëllime edukative. Mjeti ynë SmartLearn lejon gjenerimin e 15 llojeve të ndryshme ushtrimesh nga tekstet ose fotot e librave. Përdorimi për kopjim në provime, ose gjenerim të përmbajtjeve të paligjshme dhe dashakeqe është rreptësisht i ndaluar.
Llogaria dhe Qasja si Vizitor (Guest Access)
Ju mund të përdorni platformën duke u identifikuar, ose nëpërmjet "Guest Access" për Shared View. Për llogaritë e regjistruara, ju jeni përgjegjës për sigurinë e fjalëkalimeve. Për vizitorët, të dhënat e sesionit dhe përgjigjet e kuizeve mblidhen vetëm për vlerësim dhe i shfaqen mësuesit tuaj.
Limitimi i Përgjegjësisë
MicroChat 3.0 përdor modele të avancuara të AI (AIVision) për të dhënë përgjigje dhe ushtrime. Megjithatë, ne nuk mund të garantojmë saktësinë 100% të informacionit të gjeneruar. Përdoruesit inkurajohen të verifikojnë faktet thelbësore.

Kur përdorni Shared View, përgjigjet e nxënësve, rezultatet e kuizit dhe përparimi i tyre mbrohen me enkriptim të standardit të lartë dhe i shfaqen vetëm mësuesit që ka gjeneruar linkun.
Ndarja e të Dhënave
Ne nuk i shesim apo i ndajmë të dhënat tuaja personale (as përgjigjet e AI) me palë të treta për qëllime marketingu.
Dokumentacioni i Partnerëve
MicroChat 3.0 integron shërbime të palëve të treta për identifikim, pagesa dhe inteligjencë artificiale. Ju lutemi lexoni dokumentacionin zyrtar të secilit partner para se të përdorni platformën.
Google LLC — Identifikimi me Google
MicroChat ofron opsionin e hyrjes nëpërmjet llogarisë suaj Google (OAuth 2.0). Duke zgjedhur këtë metodë, ju pranoni Kushtet e Shërbimit dhe Politikën e Privatësisë të Google LLC, duke përfshirë mënyrën se si Google mbledh dhe përpunon të dhënat tuaja gjatë procesit të identifikimit.
Microsoft Corp. — Identifikimi me Microsoft
MicroChat ofron gjithashtu hyrjen nëpërmjet llogarisë suaj Microsoft (Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Identity Platform). Duke zgjedhur këtë metodë, ju bini dakord me Kushtet e Shërbimit dhe Deklaratën e Privatësisë të Microsoft Corporation, duke përfshirë mënyrën se si Microsoft menaxhon tokenet e identifikimit.
PayPal LLC — Pagesa dhe Abonimi
Pagesat për planet Pro dhe Ultimate të MicroChat 3.0 përpunohen nëpërmjet PayPal LLC. Duke kryer pagesën, ju pranoni Marrëveshjen e Shërbimit të Përdoruesit dhe Politikën e Privatësisë të PayPal. MicroChat nuk ruan të dhënat e kartës suaj të kreditit — të gjitha transaksionet trajtohen në mënyrë të sigurt nga PayPal.
Google AI Studio LLC — Modeli AI dhe Cookies
MicroChat 3.0 përdor modelet e gjuhës së avancuar të Google Gemini (nëpërmjet Google AI Studio / Gemini API) për të ofruar përgjigje inteligjente dhe SmartLearn. Kur shërbimi AI është aktiv, kërkesat tuaja (teksti dhe imazhet) transmetohen në mënyrë të sigurt tek API i Google dhe i nënshtrohen politikave të mëposhtme:
- Të dhënat e bisedës dërgohen tek Google Gemini API vetëm për gjenerim përgjigjeje dhe nuk ruhen nga Google përtej procesimit (sipas Kushteve API).
- Cookies të Google AI Studio mund të vendosen nëse vizitoni aistudio.google.com drejtpërdrejt; MicroChat nuk vendos cookies të palëve të treta nga AI Studio.
- Politika e përdorimit të Gemini API rregullon si shërbimi ynë AI proceslon të dhënat tuaja.

Welcome to MicroChat 3.0. By using our services (including AI Chat, SmartLearn, and Shared View), you agree to the following terms:
Service Usage (SmartLearn & AI)
MicroChat is designed for educational purposes. Our SmartLearn tool allows generating 15 different types of exercises from texts or book photos. Using the platform for cheating on exams or generating illegal/malicious content is strictly prohibited.
Account and Guest Access
You can use the platform by logging in, or via "Guest Access" for Shared View. For registered accounts, you are responsible for password security. For guests, session data and quiz answers are collected solely for grading and are visible to your teacher.
Limitation of Liability
MicroChat 3.0 uses advanced AI models (AIVision) to provide answers and exercises. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the generated information. Users are encouraged to verify essential facts.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is essential to us in the AI era. This policy explains how we protect data in MicroChat 3.0:
Data and Uploaded Materials
We collect your name and email upon registration. For the SmartLearn module, book photos and documents you upload are analyzed for exercise generation. These images are stored temporarily and are not used to train external models without your consent.
Class Data Security
When using Shared View, student answers, quiz results, and their progress are protected with high-standard encryption and are visible only to the teacher who generated the link.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data (nor the AI conversations) with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Documentation
MicroChat 3.0 integrates third-party services for login, payments, and AI. Please review the official documentation of each partner before using the platform.
Google LLC — Sign in with Google
MicroChat offers login via your Google account (OAuth 2.0). By choosing this method, you agree to Google LLC's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including how Google collects and processes your data during the sign-in process.
Microsoft Corp. — Sign in with Microsoft
MicroChat also supports login via your Microsoft account (Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Identity Platform). By choosing this method, you agree to Microsoft Corporation's Services Agreement and Privacy Statement, including how Microsoft manages authentication tokens.
PayPal LLC — Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for MicroChat 3.0 Pro and Ultimate plans are processed via PayPal LLC. By making a payment, you agree to PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. MicroChat does not store your credit card details — all transactions are handled securely by PayPal.
Google AI Studio LLC — AI Model & Cookies
MicroChat 3.0 uses Google's advanced Gemini language models (via Google AI Studio / Gemini API) to deliver intelligent responses and SmartLearn features. When the AI service is active, your requests (text and images) are securely transmitted to Google's API and are subject to the following policies:
- Conversation data is sent to the Google Gemini API solely for response generation and is not stored by Google beyond processing (per API Terms).
- Google AI Studio cookies may be set if you directly visit aistudio.google.com; MicroChat itself does not set any AI Studio third-party cookies.
- The Gemini API Usage Policy governs how our AI service processes your data.
